Start with your actual positions. The initial battery is an example, not current intelligence. Place your guns and target, choose the correct weapons, and verify scale. All coordinates are local to the selected region or uploaded image.

All regions
Use All hexes to search 53 World Conquest regions and 2 home/training regions. The Added in v0.8 filter shows the 12 newly included maps. This label means new to this calculator, not new to Foxhole. The top-left dropdown is also grouped and alphabetical. Switching regions starts an empty battery after confirmation: export your current plan first. Use the hex button below the fit-battery control to see the entire region.
Range and bearing
X increases east; Y increases south. North is 0°, east 90°, south 180°, west 270°. Distance and azimuth use a flat, two-dimensional map. A zero-length shot has no bearing. Range checks use the unrounded distance to the corrected aim point.
Measured correction
Record the current settings, fire in the game, then plot the average impact. New aim offset = recorded aim point − observed impact. This replaces the old offset, rather than adding the same error twice. Re-record before each correction. Changing gun position, weapon or map scale clears that gun's calibration. Moving a target keeps the offset, but you should recheck it.
Limitations and privacy
This calculator uses public War API map data. Wind is entered manually; compensation is a community estimate, not an official ballistic formula. It does not model elevation, obstacles, dispersion or weather forecasts. Cross-border distances are geometric; verify whether your weapon can fire across a region border in-game. Browser storage may be unavailable or limited, especially for uploaded images; export JSON backups. Online plans are snapshots saved to your Discord account. Choose Approved members to share a plan in the community gallery; private plans remain owner-only. JSON exports are still available. Exported plans may contain your uploaded map.
v0.8 sources
Official War API documentation · Foxwar world layout and weapon references. No API key or battery coordinates are sent with public data requests. In world view, coordinate X/Y stays relative to the original battery region.
Credits and reference data
Foxhole and original game assets belong to Siege Camp. Community map artwork is credited to Rustard's Improved Map Mod via the Foxhole Artillery Planner repository. Range presets come from that project's weapons dataset; region dimensions use its community map reference. The region catalog was cross-checked against the official active-map list and the community map manifest on September 9, 2026. The Moors uses the API ID MooringCountyHex. All 12 newly included image URLs were inspected; map scale and terrain currency are not independently verified in-game. The app fetches community terrain images and public War API data. Hex layout and expanded weapon references were checked against Foxwar on September 9, 2026. Wind uses a transparent range-scaled estimate: drift = per-tier coefficient × tier × firing range / weapon maximum. Coefficients in meters per tier: mortar 5, 120mm 10, 150mm 12, 300mm 53, rockets 20. These are community assumptions; spot your shots. Original interface and calculation implementation for this demo.
